No. The Childcare Grant Payment Service is a system used in the United Kingdom to pay student childcare grants to registered childcare providers. SASSA does not run it, and South Africa has no grant by that name. If you have seen it described as a SASSA grant, that information is wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

South African families can, however, get several grants for children from SASSA. They are paid to the caregiver, not to a cr\u00e8che or childminder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
