Orbit TVET College uses its iEnabler system for both applications and registration. How you register depends on whether you are a new student or a returning (senior) student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to Orbit iEnabler<\/a> with your student number and PIN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. When DHET results are released, the auto-application system updates you to Admitted Next Level, or Not Promoted, in which case you must reapply for a lower level yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Watch for an SMS confirming provisional acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Complete registration within three days of the results or registration SMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Upload proof of payment of 10% of tuition under code “DP” if you have no NSFAS funding, or upload your NSFAS award if you are provisionally funded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For Report 191 engineering, you move up a level if you passed three or four of your four subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    New students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Complete the compulsory placement assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Apply online on iEnabler and upload certified copies of your ID and results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If accepted, follow the registration instructions sent by SMS.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      In September 2026, Orbit’s apply page<\/a> said it was not accepting new first-time applicants for the current intake, and that returning N4 to N6 students had a final chance to progress because NATED programmes are being phased out.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Forgot your student number or PIN?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Use the Forgot Student Number option on iEnabler. Orbit says an SMS with your student number and PIN is sent within 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
