The College of Cape Town (CCT) has not published a January late-application policy. What it does publish is an application window on its myCCT portal, and in recent years that window has run long: to 30 November in 2024 and 2025. So by January most intakes have closed, and your chance depends on which programmes still have space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to start in January<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the myCCT open qualifications list for programmes still taking applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Call the campus that offers your programme to ask about space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Apply to another public college in Cape Town whose window is still open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ask the college whether it keeps a waiting list for programmes that are full.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Department of Higher Education and Training suspended the Central Application Clearing House (CACH) for 2026 entry and named a Central Application Service as its replacement. In September 2026 the CAS website said only that the project is under review.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
