Yes, at many colleges. In September 2026 a number of public TVET colleges had opened applications for the 2027 academic year, and on 10 September 2026 the Minister of Higher Education urged young people to apply before 30 September 2026. Each college sets its own dates, so check your college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no paper form to download<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Public colleges now take applications online. Most start with a career guidance or placement test on Learner Profiler or GoStudy, then an application on the college portal. Be wary of websites offering downloadable “application forms”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
