Not postgraduate study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At TVET colleges: PLP, NC(V), Report 191 up to N6, and DHET-approved occupational programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being registered is not the same as being public.
