Most public TVET colleges let you attach documents in the same online form you use to apply. The steps below work on most college portals, but every college’s system looks a little different, so read the instructions on the upload screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Documents colleges usually ask for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ID document or birth certificate<\/td>For a smart ID card, include both sides<\/td><\/tr>
Latest results<\/td>Your Grade 9 to 12 report or last college results, whichever is your highest<\/td><\/tr>
Proof of residence<\/td>A recent utility bill, bank statement or letter from a ward councillor<\/td><\/tr>
Parent or guardian ID<\/td>Often required if you are under 18<\/td><\/tr>
Previous qualifications<\/td>Any NC(V) or N-level certificates you already hold<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Uploading step by step<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Scan or photograph each document flat, in daylight, with no shadows or cut-off edges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Save each one as a PDF or JPG and give it a clear name such as ID-Sipho-Dlamini.pdf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Check the file size; portals often reject very large files, so reduce the image size if the upload fails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the application, open the documents section and choose the right document type from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the file, upload it and confirm that it appears in the list of uploaded documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Submit the application and keep your reference number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
