  1. Open your application and find which document was rejected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fix the problem: rescan, crop or use the correct document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Upload the corrected file. Do not resend the same file that was rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
