Yes. The Higher Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing is the first step on the nursing ladder. It trains you as an auxiliary nurse, and SANC indicates that holders can go on to the three-year Diploma in Nursing. It is offered by accredited nursing colleges, not by Unisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
