How many credits is a Unisa module?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  2. Bachelor’s Degree (360 credits): 6 years<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Honours Degree (120 credits): 2 years (after completing a relevant Bachelor’s Degree)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Master’s Degree (180 credits): 4 years (after completing an Honours Degree)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Doctoral Degree (360 credits): Minimum of 3 years (after completing a Master’s Degree)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You should keep in mind that these are just guidelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Completing your qualification within the recommended timeframe depends on your individual circumstances and study pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Are there exceptions to the maximum credit load?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    There may be exceptions to the maximum credit load for students in their final semester of study for qualifications of 120 credits or more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have a minimum overall average of 55% in all previously passed modules, you can apply to register for an additional 24 credits to complete your qualification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
