In this article, we will guide you through the steps to submit your assignment successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Access the Assignments Tool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start, log in to your Unisa student portal and navigate to the site where your assignment is located. Click on the &#8220;Assignments&#8221; tool from the <a href=\"https:\/\/mooc.unisa.ac.za\/portal\/help\/TOCDisplay\/content.hlp?docId=whatistheassignmentstool\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tool<\/a> Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: Select the Assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will see a list of all assignments in the site. Click on the title of the assignment you want to submit. The following information will be displayed for each assignment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assignment title or name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status (e.g., Not Started, Assignment submission required, Returned, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open date when the assignment becomes available to students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due date or deadline to turn in the assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Enter and Attach Your Assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the assignment settings, you may be allowed to enter your submission in-line and\/or attach a file or files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the Rich Text Editor to enter your submission text into the Assignment Text area. To attach a file, click the &#8220;Choose File&#8221; button to browse and select a file from your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also select a file you have already uploaded to your workspace or site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: Review and Submit Your Assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have attached your file, the name of the file, file size, and upload time stamp will be displayed under Attachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can remove the attachment if you selected the wrong file. When you are ready to submit, click the &#8220;Submit&#8221; button to complete your assignment submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are not yet ready, you can click &#8220;Preview&#8221; to preview the submission or &#8220;Save Draft&#8221; to save your submission and submit it later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5: Receive Submission Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After submitting your assignment, you will receive a confirmation message on screen.
