Bankseta Letsema Learnership Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the Bankseta Letsema Learnership, ensure you meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African Citizenship: You must be a South African citizen.
- Age: You must be under 35 years old as of February 1, 2024.
- Employment Status: You must be currently unemployed and have no pending employment offers.
- Education: You must have completed Matric (high school) with the following minimum results:
- 50% in English
- AND (choose one)
- 50% in Accounting
- OR 50% in Mathematics
- OR 60% in Maths Literacy
- Qualification Level: You must not hold any qualifications higher than a one-year post-matric certificate.
- Student Status: You must not be currently registered as a student (part-time or full-time) at any tertiary institution.
- Future Studies: You must not be planning to study between February 2024 and January 2025.
- Criminal Record: You must have a clear criminal record with no pending charges.
- Credit Record: You must have a clean credit record.
- Language Skills: You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Commitment: You must be dedicated to attending all mandatory training sessions and completing the learnership within the timeframe.
- Attendance: You must be able to maintain full attendance at work, including Saturdays if required.
- Previous Learnerships: You must not have participated in any prior learnerships.
