- Be in Matric or have completed it, with a minimum overall average of 50%
- Be accepted at or intending to study at a SAQA-accredited institution
- Not be in receipt of NSFAS or another bursary
- Support the municipality’s vision of a caring valley fostering service delivery and growth

- Download the application form from the Breede Valley Municipality website or collect it physically from municipal offices or local libraries.
- Complete the form, including listing “www.bursariesafrica.co.za” in the “How did you hear about us?” field.
Submit the completed form with certified supporting documents (see below) via one of these methods:
