Step 1: apply (new students)
- Apply during the window: for 2027 it was 1 to 30 September 2026.
- Complete the career questionnaire and placement test linked from umfolozicollege.co.za.
- Apply on umfolozi.coltech.co.za and upload your ID, academic record, proof of residence and next of kin’s ID.
Step 2: register (accepted and returning students)
- Log in to the uMfolozi student portal with your student details.
- Follow the registration instructions the college sends; for 2026, new and returning students registered in February.
- Have certified documents and, if applicable, your NSFAS status ready.
uMfolozi has not published detailed online registration steps for 2027. Watch its website and SMS messages for registration dates, and contact your campus if you are unsure.
Choosing the right programme before you apply
- The 2027 NC(V) Level 2 list does not include Office Administration, Management or Process Plant Operations.
- Occupational certificates such as Office Administrator and Bookkeeper cover business careers.
- The full 2027 list by campus is in courses still available at uMfolozi.
