How Can I Check My Status In South West Gauteng TVET College?

SWGC applicants check their admission status on the college’s iEnabler student portal. SWGC’s FAQ says to log in and, under Application, click “academic admission status”.

When to check

SWGC processes applications after its application window closes. For 2026 entry, NC(V) applications ran from 1 September to 31 October 2025, with classes starting on 12 January 2026. Business Semester 2 applications ran from 1 to 31 March 2026, and Engineering Trimester 3 from 1 to 30 June 2026.

SWGC no longer accepts hand-delivered applications. A “Case Statuses” PDF linked from SWGC’s website explains NSFAS statuses, not college admission statuses, so do not confuse the two.
