Eligibility Criteria

- Be registered for—or intending to register for—full-time study at a recognized public institution (university, technikon, or TVET college)
- Demonstrate financial need
- Maintain a strong academic record
- Be unemployed
- Have not previously received another bursary or NSFAS funding
- Not have a criminal record
- Priority may be given to disadvantaged students and those actively involved in community development.
How to Apply
- Download the official application form from the Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality website or collect one from the Municipal Offices (Civic Centre, Nelson Mandela Drive, Phalaborwa, 1390).
- Complete the form and attach all required documents (listed below).
- Submit your completed application and documents in hard copy only, placing them in the Municipal Vacancy Box by the closing date. Emails or faxes are not accepted.
