Eligibility Criteria
You must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen residing within Cape Agulhas Municipality
- Have completed Matric
- Be accepted or registered at a SAQA-accredited tertiary institution for 2026 in one of the eligible fields
- Demonstrate financial need with a household income of not more than R20 000 per month

- Download or collect the application form from the municipal website, local libraries, or municipal offices.
- Complete the form and attach the required documents listed below.
- Submit your application in a sealed envelope marked “Bursary Application” to:

- Or post to: HR & OD – Training and Development (P.O. Box 51, Bredasdorp, 7280)
