  3. Submit in person (hand delivery) to the District Mayoral Office, or via post to the municipality’s address in Vryburg.

  2. Matric certificate (if completed) or proof of Matric results.
  3. Full academic record/transcript if already studying.
  4. Proof of acceptance at a tertiary institution if entering the first year.
  5. Proof of household or parental income (e.g., payslips, or affidavit if unemployed).
  6. Proof of residence (municipal account or tribal authority letter).
