- Attach a certified ID and Matric certificate, your academic record with recent results, proof of acceptance for first-years, the fee statement and the institution’s banking details, your parents’ or guardians’ certified IDs and proof of household income, and certified proof of residence (a municipal account or tribal authority letter).
- Hand-deliver the application to the district mayoral office at 9 Van Niekerk Street, Vryburg, or post it to PO Box 21, Vryburg, 8601, before the closing date. Emailed and faxed applications are not accepted.
