  2. Attach a certified ID, certified Matric certificate or results, the course fee statement, proof of acceptance from the institution and proof of residence.
  3. Hand-deliver the application to the Office of the Executive Mayor, Bursary Committee, City Council of Matlosana, Civic Centre, corner of Oliver Tambo and Braam Fischer streets, Klerksdorp, 2570, by 31 January. Late applications are not accepted.
