When you will not pay a registration fee
- NSFAS-qualifying students do not pay the initial registration fee under NSFAS’s 2026 criteria.
- NSFAS pays tuition for eligible students directly to the college.
If you are self-funded
- Contact Majuba on 034 326 4888 and ask for the current fee for your programme.
- Ask whether a deposit is due at registration and how much.
- Ask whether payment can be made in instalments.
- Get the fee in writing.
Applying to Majuba
- Complete the Majuba Learner Profiler yourself; the college warns not to let anyone else complete it.
- Apply on majuba.coltech.co.za.
- Upload a copy of your ID and your recent results.
Older websites quote N3 engineering fees. NATED N1 to N3 closed to new students nationally in 2024, so those figures are outdated.
