- Log in to the CJC student portal with your student number.
- Confirm your programme and personal details.
- Complete the registration form within the dates CJC announces.
- Keep proof of registration.

Before registration: applying for 2027
- New students first complete a placement screening, then apply online.
- For 2027, CJC opened NC(V) Level 2 applications at selected campuses from mid-September to mid-October 2026.
- Its notice says some NC(V) Level 2 programmes are being phased out from 2027.
Your NSFAS funding depends on CJC confirming your registration, so register on time.
