Before you contact a help desk
- Have your ID number and any application or student number ready.
- Take a screenshot of the error message.
- Try another browser; several colleges recommend Google Chrome.
- Check your spam folder for emails from the college.
Common problems help desks solve

Help desks never need your password or payment to “fast-track” an application. Public colleges do not charge for help.
