The VUT i‑Enabler system is the official online student administration platform used for registration, application tracking, course management, and other student services.
Applicants receive a confirmation email after submitting an application, including their student number and instructions for checking status or logging into university systems.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues
Some applicants may face issues when trying to check their application status or log into the i‑Enabler portal.
Below are common problems and how to resolve them.
Incorrect student number
Ensure you use the exact student number supplied in your application confirmation email.
Entering an incorrect number will prevent the portal from locating your application.
Wrong PIN or password
Make sure the password or PIN you enter matches the one associated with your account.
If you forgot it, use the Forgot PIN/Password link on the i‑Enabler login page to reset it.
Account not yet activated
If you haven’t activated your account after applying, check your email for instructions from VUT.
Activation may be required before you can log in.
Portal not loading or busy
During peak application periods, the status or login pages may respond slowly due to high traffic.
Refresh the page or try again later.
Application not found yet
Sometimes it takes several days after submission for your application to appear fully in the system.
Check again after a few days if your status does not show immediately.
