Wording like “document reloaded” usually appears on institution or third-party portals and generally means a document was uploaded again after an earlier problem.

If a document had to be uploaded again
- Upload a clear copy. NSFAS has warned that blurry or incorrect documents slow applications down.
- NSFAS no longer requires documents to be certified, so an uncertified clear copy is acceptable.
- In January 2026 NSFAS said applicants with outstanding documents had 30 days from the notification to submit them.
On a college application portal
TVET colleges run their own application systems, and their status wording differs. If you see a status you do not understand, contact the college’s admissions office, and read what a pending application means.
