Ubuhlebezwe Municipality Bursary Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality Bursary, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a South African citizen permanently residing within the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality boundaries
2. Have completed Matric or be currently enrolled in Matric with outstanding academic performance
3. Be intending to study or already accepted into a full-time degree or diploma program at a recognized South African tertiary institution in one of the specified fields
4. Demonstrate financial need and be unable to afford tuition fees without assistance
5. Commit to returning to the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality for a minimum of two years after completing your studies to work within your field of expertise
