AppleTec Bursary 2026 – Electrical Engineering Final Year Funding

About AppleTec 

AppleTec is a leading technical thermoplastic injection moulding company in South Africa. 

The company uses recyclable engineering polymers and promotes sustainable manufacturing processes. 

AppleTec established its bursary programme to develop future Electrical Engineers aligned with innovation and environmental responsibility.

Fields of Study Funded

This bursary is available exclusively to students in their final year of study in Electrical Engineering at accredited South African tertiary institutions. 

Only undergraduate programmes are eligible.

Benefits for Recipients

Successful recipients typically receive financial support covering tuition, textbooks, and possibly registration fees. 

The bursary aims to relieve final-year students of financial strain so they can focus on studies and contribute to sustainable engineering.

Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants must meet all of the following:

• Be a South African citizen
  
• Have completed Matric
  
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
  
• Be enrolled in the final year of an Electrical Engineering degree in 2026
  
• Be registered at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
  
• Demonstrate a passion for innovation and sustainability in engineering

2. Complete the online application form, providing personal and academic details.
   
3. Enter “www.bursariesafrica.co.za” when asked how you heard about the bursary.
