Eligibility requirements
- South African citizen living in Mitchell’s Plain.

The Mitchell's Plain Bursary and Role Model Trust, launched in 2011 at Spine Road High School, which helps local learners get into tertiary education.

Grade 12 learners from high schools in Mitchell's Plain, and in past rounds some Philippi schools, who are South African citizens living in the area.
4. What does it cover? +
A contribution towards registration and tuition fees at CPUT, UCT, Stellenbosch, UWC and TVET colleges, paid to the institution.
5. Is it a full bursary? +
No. Students should also apply to NSFAS and other bursaries.

Yes. Bursaries are for one year, and successful students can reapply based on results.
