The Sisekelo Institute of Business and Technology is an accredited skills development provider, and its Tech Scholarship Programme trains unemployed young South Africans in scarce technology skills such as cybersecurity, software engineering and data science. It is a short-course route into tech rather than a university bursary, and it asks students to put in a small share of the cost.
