How to Check Your UMP Application Status
To check your UMP application status for 2027, you need to log into the official UMP Student Dashboard using your credentials.
Follow the steps below:
- Open the official UMP Student Portal (iEnabler)
- On the login page, enter your student number exactly as provided when you submitted your application.
- Enter your PIN or password that you created during your application process.
- Click the Login or Sign In button to access your dashboard.
- Once logged in, navigate to the section labelled Application Status or Academic Admission Status.
- View the current update on your application, including whether it is pending, provisionally accepted, fully accepted, or declined.
If you have never created a PIN or password or you cannot remember it, use the Forgot PIN link on the portal login page to reset your credentials.
Your dashboard may also show other related information such as registration status, course options, and fee details once your admission is confirmed.
What Your Status Means
When you check your application status on the UMP student dashboard, you may see messages that explain where your application is in the admissions process.
- Pending / In Progress
This means your application has been received and is currently being reviewed by the admissions team.
No further action is required while this status remains.
- Awaiting Documents
This status shows that some required supporting documents have not yet been submitted or verified.
You should upload any missing documents as soon as possible.
- Provisionally Accepted
This means the university intends to offer you admission, subject to satisfying certain conditions such as final results or outstanding documentation.
- Accepted / Final Offer
This status confirms that your application has been successful and that UMP has issued a formal offer of admission.

- Rejected / Unsuccessful
This means the application did not meet the required criteria or the programme was full.
