Mukuru Bursary eligibility requirements
- A Bachelor’s pass with at least a 70% Matric average.

- At least a 65% tertiary average and demonstrated financial need.
- Not a Mukuru employee. Past rounds also accepted foreign nationals with valid status in South Africa.
How to apply for the Mukuru Bursary
- Open the Education Fund page on Mukuru’s own website at mukuru.com when a round opens.
- Upload a certified ID or passport, proof of your status in South Africa, your Matric certificate, recent academic results, a CV, a motivation letter, a reference letter and your parents’ or guardians’ proof of income.
- Submit before the closing date.
