To be eligible for the Northern Cape Dept of Transport, Safety & Liaison Bursary, you must meet the following requirements:

- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Have completed your Matric (Grade 12) with good academic results.

- Demonstrate financial need and be unable to afford the cost of your studies without financial assistance.
