2. Retrieve Through SASSA USSD Helpline Number
Dial *1203210# on your phone. Follow the instructions provided to receive your reference number. If the first helpline doesn’t work, try 12062277#.
3. Retrieve Through Voice Call
Dial 0800 601 001. Follow the prompts to retrieve your reference number.
