  2. Academic Merit: You must demonstrate strong academic performance, with a minimum of 60% average in your latest academic year.
  3. Field of Study: Your chosen field of study must align with ARM’s operational needs, which include fields like accounting, built environment, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, geology, mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, mining engineering, and others as specified on the ARM website.
