Potatoes South Africa represents the country’s potato growers. Its bursaries fund agricultural science and economics students who then work in the potato industry.

Eligibility requirements
- South African citizen with Matric.
- Entering second year or higher, or postgraduate study.
- Full-time at a recognised South African institution.
- Strong academic performance.
