Northern Cape DSTL Bursary Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Northern Cape DSTL bursary, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Completed Matric
- Good academic results
- Pursuing or intending to pursue studies in one of the specified fields
- Studying or intending to study at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa
Northern Cape DSTL Bursary Application Requirements
When applying for the DSTL bursary, applicants must submit the following documents:
- Completed DSTL Bursary application form
- Certified copy of ID document
- Certified copies of parents/guardians’ ID documents
- Certified copy of Matric certificate
- Proof of acceptance from a Technikon or University
- Quote for estimated study fees
- Parents/guardians’ proof of income (latest payslips or affidavit if unemployed)

You must download the official application form from the DSTL website in either .doc or .pdf format.
