South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) Bursary South Africa 2025

Are you passionate about the property industry and considering a career in property valuation?

The South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) bursary program can help you achieve your academic goals.

Established in 1909, the SAIV is the leading professional body for real estate valuers in South Africa.

They are dedicated to promoting the valuation profession, upholding high ethical standards, and protecting the interests of their members.

The SAIV bursary program is one of their initiatives to support and develop future generations of property valuation professionals.

About the South African Institute of Valuers Bursary

The South African Institute of Valuers bursary offers financial assistance to South African students pursuing property valuation qualifications at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

The bursary is awarded for one academic year at a time, and students are required to reapply for funding in subsequent years.

The amount awarded is determined by a candidate’s financial need and the tuition fees quoted by their institution.

The bursary is paid directly to the student’s institution to cover tuition costs.

As a recipient of the SAIV bursary, you’ll be expected to actively participate in activities aligned with the institute’s goals and vision.
