About the Sasol Bursary

The Sasol Bursary caters to both undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing studies in fields crucial to Sasol’s operations and South Africa’s economic development. These include:

  1. Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Mining.
  2. Science: Chemistry, Geology, Metallurgy.
  3. Commerce: Accounting, Economics, Law, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.

The bursary covers 100% of tuition fees, registration fees, examination fees, accommodation and meal allowances, book and pocket allowances, merit money, a once-off laptop and calculator allowance, and even paid vacation work from your second year onwards.

Sasol Bursary Application Form

Applications for the Sasol Bursary are submitted online through the dedicated bursary portal.

You should make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and have the following documents ready before applying:
