The ScreenCraft Pathway programme is designed to equip 30 rising talent with real-world experience in the following areas:
- Development and pre-production.
- Production and post-production.
- Collaboration with Netflix-approved local studios, vendors, and production companies.
The programme builds on Netflix’s 2026 pilot initiative, which successfully trained 13 candidates through the Creative Equity Scholarship Fund (CESF). Participants will gain skills that directly support career growth and job creation in South Africa’s creative industry.
